By accessing SeekhSutra you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Course access & licence

On purchase or enrollment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content. Study resources and materials are provided for online viewing only through the links within the course — they are not downloadable or printable, and content may not be copied. You may not record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials or videos. Each course is offered under one of two access models, which is shown on the course page before you enroll:

• Lifetime access — you may access the course content for as long as the course remains available on the platform, subject to these Terms.
• Enrollment-based (time-limited) access — enrollment is open only during a stated enrollment window, and your access lasts for a fixed duration (for example, a set number of days) from the date you enroll. When that period ends, your access to the course content stops automatically.

Enrollment windows & re-enrollment

For enrollment-based courses, we publish a start and end date for each enrollment window and the duration of access granted. You are responsible for completing the course before your access period ends. As a courtesy we may send you in-app reminders as your access approaches its end date, but delivery of any reminder is not guaranteed and does not extend your access.

When your access period ends you may enroll again for a future batch whenever a new enrollment window is open, subject to the then-current price and availability. Re-enrollment is a new enrollment and may be chargeable. We do not guarantee that any course will be offered again or on the same terms.

Payments & fees

Prices are in INR and processed via Razorpay. Applicable taxes may apply. Coupons are subject to their individual terms and usage limits.

All fees are non-refundable

Course fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable — in whole or in part — regardless of course progress, completion, or usage. This applies to all purchases, including discounted and coupon-based enrollments. By completing a payment you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, credits, chargebacks, or cancellations will be provided.

No guarantee of employment or outcomes

SeekhSutra is an educational platform only. We do not guarantee any job, placement, internship, interview, salary, promotion, certification recognition, or income outcome of any kind. Course content is provided for skill-building and educational purposes; your results depend on your own effort, background, and factors outside our control. Any outcomes, testimonials, or success stories shown are illustrative and are not a promise of similar results.

Content & changes

Course curriculum, pricing, schedules, live sessions, and features may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Access is provided on an “as available” basis.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeekhSutra and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable use

• No sharing of account access or pirating content.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform.
• No unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
