Refund Policy

All course fees are non-refundable

Please make your purchase decision carefully. All course fees are strictly non-refundable — in whole or in part — once payment is completed. This applies regardless of how much of the course you have accessed or completed, and includes discounted and coupon-based enrollments.

We provide detailed course descriptions, curricula, and free preview lessons so you can evaluate a course before buying. By completing a payment you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and accept that no refunds, credits, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued.

Enrollment-based (time-limited) courses

Some courses are offered on an enrollment basis: enrollment is open only during a stated window, and your access lasts for a fixed duration from the date you enroll. Please note:

• Fees for enrollment-based courses are non-refundable on the same terms above, including if you do not finish the course before your access period ends.
• When your access period ends, access stops automatically. It is your responsibility to complete the course within the stated duration. We may send in-app reminders as a courtesy, but these are not guaranteed and do not extend access or create any right to a refund.
• If you need more time after your access ends, you may re-enroll for a future batch when a new enrollment window is open. Re-enrollment is a new, separate purchase at the then-current price.

Payment issues

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, email us at support@seekhsutra.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we will correct duplicate charges.
